The program aims to support its members in their journey to stop smoking, lose 55 pounds, and diligently follow up with all necessary doctor’s appointments. Additionally, the charter seeks to help participants become better both physically and mentally through engagement in either yoga or meditation classes.

  • When setting health goals, it’s essential to be specific and measurable. As a community we will hold each other accountable for:
    • Smoking Cessation: Set a target date to quit smoking completely. Consider using nicotine replacement therapies or seeking professional help.
    • Weight Loss: Specify how much weight you want to lose and by when. Break it down into smaller milestones (e.g., losing 5 pounds in the first month).
